The Board of Directors monthly meeting will be on Tuesday February 8 at 7pm in the library and via Zoom. The meeting agenda will be posted as soon as it is available.

The POA Friday night dinner menu for Friday January 28  is:
Chicken Alfredo with Caesar salad and garlic bread,
and of course the great assortment of desserts. Cost is only $5.00 and dinner is served at 6pm.

The winter rains have blessed us with some much needed water although we could surely use more to help offset the droughts from recent years. With Spring on the way, please know that weeds in our association will be growing fast in the near future. Please remember that it the responsibility of individual property owners to get the weeds under control on their lots. We must maintain safe spaces throughout the neighborhoods to be fire safe for the summer that will be here before we know it. You can do it yourself, you can hire someone to do it or you can even hire Hanski Farms to bring in the goats to control the growth on your property. Swede Hanski has offered to do individual lots for only $150. If you can get your immediate neighbors to join in, he can do it at discount prices. Contact him at 530-990-1432 to get on his schedule.
